Setting high standards across our operation by continuously improving client service, human resource management and company operations has led to us achieving a number of quality standards, accreditations and membership of industry trade bodies.

Palletforce is a network of road haulage and delivery specialists located across the UK and Europe. Specialising in smaller items, our affiliation with Palletforce allows you to send smaller consignments with confidence. As shareholding members of the Palletforce network, we are proud to offer this versatile, practical and timely service to our customers.

We are an approved training centre for the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence. The standard has been introduced across Europe aiming to improve road safety and maintain high standards of driving.

Established in 2014, FF&W is a joint venture between Fagan & Whalley and Farralls Transport which was set up to meet market demand for fully managed supply chain services. A budding partnership which continues to excel, FF&W is a coming together of two specialist logistics providers with over 140 years of combined experience.

The Road Haulage Association is dedicated to the needs of transport operators. The RHA champions the interests of the road haulage profession and acts as a partner to the logistics community by providing membership benefits such as access to intelligence, specialist groups and member briefings.

The Transport Association consists of around 60 haulage companies, providing a nationwide network of 4,000 vehicles and 150 sites. Member companies offer professional transport, storage and distribution services to retailers and manufacturers in the UK, and increasingly Europe.

Originally introduced in 2006, the BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution provides the essential certification link between manufacturers and end users, such as the retailer or the food service company. The objective is to ensure that product integrity during storage and distribution is maintained, and to inspire customer confidence through certification.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that presides over the quality management system that an organisation has in place. Accredited parties need to demonstrate the aptitude to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The organic standards from The Soil Association ensure that all organic food and drink sold in shops meets strict standards. The Soil Association carries out inspections and awards the certification to businesses that meets the standards. As we are now a key player in the distribution of such goods we are proud to have been certified as a trusted part of this supply chain.

The United Kingdom Warehousing Association is a leading trade organisation for the logistics sector. Its main objectives are to protect and advance the interests of members, support business development and promote industry best practice.
