Britain Needs More HGV Heroes
The campaign was launched at the BTCC in Silverstone, where a Dunlop truck and a Fagan & Whalley Ltd trailer was taken for a lap of the circuit by racing driver Tom Ingram.
The aim is to raise awareness of the driver shortage the industry faces, which threatens to bring industries such as manufacturing, retail and logistics to a grinding halt in the UK.
The trailer used for the launch of the campaign will be rolling up and down the roads of Britain by Fagan & Whalley Ltd, helping to attract more potential drivers to the industry.
