Amongst other requirements, over the last three years, our driver trainers have delivered full LGV practical and theoretical training to 68 candidates who have taken and passed their LGV driving test. 42 have passed Class One whilst 26 have passed Class Two.

During the practical test, the examiner issues major and minor faults and as long as a candidate is not given a serious fault, which is an immediate fail, he or she can have up to 15 minor faults and still pass. The average number of minor driving faults recorded by the examiners over all 68 passes by F&W driving students is at 3.94.

The quality of the training is underpinned by all candidates taking a mock test the day before the actual test to make sure that they are up to standard. It is doubtful that any other driver training organisation can match or better these figures…excellent job!
